The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and with easy access to the mountains. Guests enjoyed the beautiful panoramic views. Some rooms provided enough space for single travelers, and the value for money was excellent.

The staff had communication issues, which affected the reservation system and their ability to provide information.
